Returns Information

At Chicago Fragrances, we strive to ensure your order is processed accurately and delivered promptly. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly.

Return Policy:

  • Unopened Products: You may return any unopened products within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and securely packaged for return.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: We offer a full refund or exchange on sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that refunds or replacements are only provided for products that are damaged. To process a refund or replacement, we require a video or picture as proof of the damage.

To Arrange a Return, Refund, or Replacement:

  2. Include the Following Information:

    • Your Name
    • Email Address
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Indicate whether you would like a refund, an exchange, or a replacement.
  3. Send Your Items To:

Returns, exchanges, and replacements will be processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us, as we are not able to reimburse the cost of postage for returns.

Receiving a Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The refund amount will be for the price paid at the time of purchase.
