Terms and Conditions

By registering and accepting the terms and conditions of Chicago Fragrances, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, and that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to use the Website for any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activities, or in any manner that could cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect any fraudulent account activity or behavior, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without prior notice.

Messages can be left outside of office hours, and while we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during the working week, please note that emails will be addressed in the order they are received.

Authenticity Guarantee

Chicago Fragrances only sells 100% genuine products. We do not sell any counterfeit or imitation items. Occasionally, we may offer damaged items or items without their original packaging (and lid). Such products will be clearly advertised as such on the product details page, and this will not impact the quality of the product itself.

Product Images and Descriptions

Images displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product received. Colors on some items, particularly cosmetics, may vary due to differences in the photographic process and screen display settings.

Stock Availability and Pricing

All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to your cart may change as you proceed to checkout, so please double-check your order before submitting payment.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or via PayPal. Chicago Fragrances is not responsible for any charges or payment processing fees associated with your chosen method of payment. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.

Currency and Pricing Policy

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Please note that if you use any translation tools on our Website, prices will still be charged in USD, but may incorrectly display in another currency at certain points during the order process.

Chicago Fragrances does not offer a price-matching policy.

Payment Security

Chicago Fragrances does not store any credit or debit card details. All card payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment service.

Order Errors and Adjustments

The price of a product is as stated on the Website at the time of your order, except in cases of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we are not obligated to supply that item at the incorrect price. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Orders may be subject to additional security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of credit/debit card details, PayPal information, or full address details. Chicago Fragrances reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or to cancel any orders if this information cannot be provided.

Shipping and Postage

In some instances, the initial shipping costs quoted at the time of order may not cover the actual postage costs. If this occurs, Chicago Fragrances reserves the right to request payment for the difference before fulfilling and dispatching the order.

Order Cancellation and Adjustments

Chicago Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, limit the quantity of certain items, or deliver orders to the billing address only, at the discretion of our management. Additionally, Chicago Fragrances reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the use of promotional codes and prevent the use of multiple promotional codes in conjunction with each other.

Once an order has been placed, Chicago Fragrances cannot guarantee that changes to the order can be made before dispatch.

Gift Cards

Chicago Fragrances reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards containing offensive or inappropriate language.

Stock Availability and Order Fulfillment

If Chicago Fragrances is unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock unavailability, we will offer an alternative item or refund your payment for the unavailable items. Chicago Fragrances is not obligated to offer additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.

Customs and Import Duties

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the US, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Non-Delivery

Please notify Chicago Fragrances if your US order, dispatched via Standard or Express Tracked Delivery, has not arrived within 15 business days. For orders dispatched outside the US, please allow 30 business days. If your parcel is deemed 'missing,' we will offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of non-delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to restrictions on shipping certain products to destinations outside the US, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this occur, Chicago Fragrances will contact you before dispatching the order.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we do not share any of your details with third parties unless you have given Chicago Fragrances express permission to do so.

Liability

Chicago Fragrances shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Offers

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. When applied, discount codes will take precedence over other offers in your cart.
